Shipping within the UK is quick and easy. We use the Royal Mail as our preferred carrier. Please note that "Standard" shipments are not trackable from door to door.

International Shipping is also quick and easy. We use a variety of carriers for International shipping. Please note that some services can not be tracked once the shipment leaves the UK. We will provide you with a customs tracking number, but it may not be used to track the package within your country. If door to door tracking is required, please use one of the international carrier options (DHL, FedEx, etc).

Care & Use Instructions

Wipe the earplugs off with a damp cloth each time you wear them. If they become particularly dirty you can wash them in warm soapy water, however remove the attenuation filter before submerging the earplug in water. Reinsert the filter only after the earplug has dried completely.

The first difference is the earplugs. MUSIC features our original double coned earplugs for a comfortable, natural fit. While, MUSIC PRO earplugs feature our patented contour design engineered to mold to the shape of your ear canal, creating a complete seal for a near custom fit. 

The second difference is the filters. MUSIC includes three sets of filters. The 17dB & 20dB filters are precisely machined to allow an unobstructed sound into the ear for a noise reducing yet full spectrum sound experience. The 26dB filter set is a full block filter for max reduction. 

The MUSIC PRO filters, on the other hand, feature multi-layered technology. These layers grab the sound signature and then replicate it at a lower volume, so you hear the full spectrum of crisp, clear sound at a safe volume. When selecting PRO you will have the option to choose between various filter reductions for a mastered attenuated experience.

Great plugs

At first, it didn't seem like anything happened when I put them in, but as soon as I took one out, it was immediately obvious how loud the music was without them. These are the most transparent plugs I have ever tried. I have the 16db, I might need to get the next ones up.

Tested these for the first time in Bangface UK.
Perfect for live music environments, no notable loss of audio quality (no muffling)

TLDR: so far the best re-useable, less visible earplugs but lacks white/transparent option for replaceable membrane.

+ Much better protection than £48 Earasers. The latter only reduce 1-5dB while falsely advertised as 19dB and are quite uncomfortable where noise echoes inside the plug
+ Comfortable to wear
+ Easy to insert and take out
+ Useful, unpainted case will not chip
+ 10% discount on website

CONs
- 24dB model comes does not come with transparent or white membranes
- Much more visible than Earasers especially with the red membranes
- Lacks 26dB version like non-Pro range
- I would have preferred 4 membranes to give one to a family member or my partner

- Highest protection 24dB not available via Amazon but good I checked the manufacturer’s website
