Shipping & Delivery

Shipping within the UK is quick and easy. We use the Royal Mail as our preferred carrier. Please note that "Standard" shipments are not trackable from door to door.

Shipping Rates within the UK:

  • Standard (3-5 business days) – FREE on orders £16.95 and up
  • Expedited (2-3 business days) – £9.95
  • Priority (1-2 business days) – varies

International Shipping is also quick and easy. We use a variety of carriers for International shipping. Please note that some services can not be tracked once the shipment leaves the UK. We will provide you with a customs tracking number, but it may not be used to track the package within your country. If door to door tracking is required, please use one of the international carrier options (DHL, FedEx, etc).

All other shipping rates are carrier calculated and vary depending on order quantity and shipping destination. Please note all orders will ship within one business day.

Outstanding service

Excellent service - I lost my original case and contacted earpeace for a replacement - this was sent straight away and with brilliant customer service from them. I was most impressed and would recommend to others. The earplugs work superbly, if only I’d had some 10 years ago I might not be so hard of hearing now!
