There are two major differences between MUSIC & MUSIC PRO. 

The first difference is the earplugs. MUSIC features our original double coned earplugs for a comfortable, natural fit. While, MUSIC PRO earplugs feature our patented contour design engineered to mold to the shape of your ear canal, creating a complete seal for a near custom fit. 

The second difference is the filters. MUSIC includes three sets of filters. The 17dB & 20dB filters are precisely machined to allow an unobstructed sound into the ear for a noise reducing yet full spectrum sound experience. The 26dB filter set is a full block filter for max reduction. 

The MUSIC PRO filters, on the other hand, feature multi-layered technology. These layers grab the sound signature and then replicate it at a lower volume, so you hear the full spectrum of crisp, clear sound at a safe volume. When selecting PRO you will have the option to choose between various filter reductions for a mastered attenuated experience.

Yes, the difference between MUSIC & MOTO are the color of the earplugs. The filter technology and earplug shape are the same in both MUSIC & MOTO.

No, our PRO filters only fit in our PRO contour earplugs. In addition, our filters for our MUSIC & MOTO products only fit in the MUSIC & MOTO earplugs.

This is a full block filter that doesn’t have an attenuation component. It's been engineered to block as much sound as possible and therefore fits over top the edge of the earplug slightly.

Our earplugs come in sets of 3. We include the 3rd earplug as a spare in case you lose or drop one, then you still have a pair. We know stuff happens!

The filter in our SLEEP product is a solid block silicone filter made for the comfort of sleeping while dimming noise. SLEEP does not attenuate sound. We recommend our MUSIC or MOTO collections for attending a concert, riding a motorcycle or any other situations where you want to hear sounds clearly.

Everyone is unique! EARPEACE SLEEP is made for comfort. The silicone earplugs and filters are designed to be worn for hours regardless of the positions you sleep in.

EARPEACE are designed for optimum performance in loud environments where you need passive protection - music events, motorsports, DIY projects, and even the movies. We have a MAX protection filter that is a solid block but EARPEACE is not suitable for impulse noise like shooting. Shooting requires fully blocking the ear canal and the best solution for that is over the ear muffs or if budget allows our Custom Molded EARPEACE with Impulse Filters. The impulse filters available in our custom fits are the highest tech solution available for shooting enthusiasts. The filters contain an acoustic membrane that is engineered to snap stiff when exposed to impulse noise - like a gunshot. The membrane immediately relaxes and you are able to hear clearly again. You'll be able to communicate freely, be highly situationally aware and protected when you pull the trigger.

The causes of tinnitus are still unproven although there is excellent evidence that loud sound, especially impulse or extended over exposure, are the cause. It is true that nothing helps with tinnitus because they don’t know what causes it. However, it is also true that loud / impulse noise can trigger a flare up - which EARPEACE does help with. Preventing tinnitus from relapsing / having a flare up is even more difficult to determine. Everything depends on everything - physiology, psychology, pathology, situations, etc. If you have tinnitus the bottom line is you need to protect your hearing and protect yourself in loud environments / avoid impulse environments (e.g. at a shooting range over the ear muffs are a must).

Yes, EarPeace will work for children 10+ years old. For many children our small size plugs are a better fit. They are 20% smaller than the standard size.

EARPEACE is easy to clean and maintain. Wipe the earplugs off with a damp cloth (e.g. wash cloth) each time you wear them. Keep them stored in the aluminum case. If they become particularly dirty you can wash them in warm soapy water - however - remove the plastic attenuation filter before submerging the plug in water. Reinsert the filter only after the plug has dried thoroughly. The earplugs should be replaced at any sign of wear and tear.
