Shipping within the UK is quick and easy. We use the Royal Mail as our preferred carrier. Please note that "Standard" shipments are not trackable from door to door.

Shipping Rates within the UK:

• Standard (3-5 business days) – FREE on orders £35 and up
• Expedited (2-3 business days) – £9.95
• Priority (1-2 business days) – varies

All other shipping rates are carrier calculated and vary depending on order quantity and shipping destination. Please note all orders will ship within one business day.

Your order will ship within 1-2 business days.

Our turn time for order processing and shipping is fast! Therefore, there will be times when an order can’t be changed before it ships. Please, double check your shipping address before checkout to make sure it’s correct. If you need to make changes, please email support@earpeace.com with your requested change and we will do our best to try and accommodate.

EARPEACE is 100% guaranteed. We are confident that you will love EARPEACE. However, if you are dissatisfied for any reason at all send them back for a refund of the product within 30 days, no questions asked.

You will be responsible for paying the return shipping cost. You may use the carrier of your choice. Return shipping costs are non-refundable.
