Shipping within the UK is quick and easy. We use the Royal Mail as our preferred carrier. Please note that "Standard" shipments are not trackable from door to door.

Shipping Rates within the UK:

  • Priority (1-2 business days) – varies

International Shipping is also quick and easy. We use a variety of carriers for International shipping. Please note that some services can not be tracked once the shipment leaves the UK. We will provide you with a customs tracking number, but it may not be used to track the package within your country. If door to door tracking is required, please use one of the international carrier options (DHL, FedEx, etc).

All other shipping rates are carrier calculated and vary depending on order quantity and shipping destination. Please note all orders will ship within one business day.

Care & Use Instructions

Wipe the earplugs off with a damp cloth each time you wear them. If they become particularly dirty you can wash them in warm soapy water, however remove the attenuation filter before submerging the earplug in water. Reinsert the filter only after the earplug has dried completely.

Does MOTO include various filter reduction levels?

Yes, MOTO includes 3 sets of filters - 17db (Medium), 20dB (High) & 26dB (Max).

What is the difference between MOTO & MOTO PRO?

There are two major differences between MOTO & MOTO PRO.  

The first difference is the earplugs. MOTO features our original double coned earplugs for a comfortable, natural fit. While, MOTO PRO earplugs feature our patented contour design engineered to mold to the shape of your ear canal, creating a complete seal for a near custom fit. 

The second difference is the filters. MOTO includes three sets of filters. The 17dB & 20dB filters are precisely machined to allow an unobstructed sound into the ear for a noise reducing yet full spectrum sound experience. The 26dB filter set is a full block filter for max reduction. 

The MOTO PRO filters, on the other hand, feature multi-layered technology. These layers grab the sound signature and then replicate it at a lower volume, so you hear the full spectrum of crisp, clear sound at a safe volume. When selecting PRO you will have the option to choose between various filter reductions for a mastered attenuated experience.
